Surrogate Eligibility Requirements

-Be between the ages of 21-42 years of age

-Be a U.S. citizen

-Able to pass criminal background check

-Has at least child of their own

-Uncomplicated pregnancy & full term birth history (some exceptions allowed)

-No more than 5 pregnancies

-No more than 3 c-sections

-BMI under 37

-Financially stable

-Emotionally stable
