Agency Fee Payment Options
Our traditional agency fee is divided into four installments:
1. Match
2. Completion of clinic record review
3. Medical clearance
4. Legal clearance
For Intended Parents who prefer a pay-as-you-go approach, we also offer a unique 12-payment agency fee option.
No matter which path you choose, you can feel confident knowing you’ll receive comprehensive, compassionate support tailored to your journey every step of the way.
Pre-screening fees may apply.
Additional agency fee discounts are available for Intended Parents working with:
- Idaho Center for Reproductive Medicine
- Utah Fertility Center
- Conceptions Fertility Center
Additional Information
- If your Gestational Carrier does not pass medical screening, we will provide additional GC profiles for review in an effort to rematch at no additional cost.
- If a rematch is requested by the Intended Parents or the Reproductive Endocrinologist after one or more embryo transfers have taken place, a rematch fee may apply.
**Pre-screening fees include the following:
-Criminal background check on GC and any adult residing in the home
-Professional medical record evaluation & report
-GC Home study
-GC psychological evaluation
-Maternal Fetal Medicine consultation (when applicable)
