Agency fee options
Agency Fee - $19,900
Agency fee is split into four installments:
$3000 upon matching with your GC
$3900 upon medical record approval by RE clinic
$6000 upon receiving medical clearance
$7000 upon receiving legal clearance
We also offer a unique payment option for Intended Parents who prefer a pay-as-you-go structure.

Additional Information
- If your Gestational Carrier does not pass medical screening, we will provide additional GC profiles for review in an effort to rematch at no additional cost.
- -If a rematch is requested by the Intended Parents or the Reproductive Endocrinologist after one or more embryo transfers have taken place, we offer a 25% discount on our agency fee if you wish to rematch.
**Pre-screening fees typically range from $500–$2,500+ and may include psychological evaluation, professional medical record review, insurance policy placement or review, and other required appointments, procedures or assessments as indicated by the clinic or requested by the Intended Parents.
