Understanding our agency fee pricing
At The Surrogacy Collective, we believe in transparent, thoughtful pricing that reflects the unique needs of every surrogacy journey. To support that mission, we offer Intended Parents two options for accessing our services: a traditional flat-fee model or a more flexible monthly payment option.
Both payment models are structured on a tiered system, designed to reflect the varying levels of coordination, complexity, and support required based on each Intended Parent's unique circumstances, including the reproductive clinic they have chosen to work with, and the anticipated complexity of their journey. Some clinics require more hands-on involvement due to their specific protocols, timelines, or communication preferences, and our tiered approach ensures we're able to meet those demands with the highest level of care and efficiency.

Agency Fee Options
Option 1: Flat fee option- As low as $18,500, up to $26,500 + GC pre-screening fees due upon match
- If your Gestational Carrier does not pass medical screening, we will provide additional GC profiles for review in an effort to rematch at no additional cost.
- -If a rematch is requested by the Intended Parents or the Reproductive Endocrinologist after one or more embryo transfers have taken place, we offer a 25% discount on our agency fee if you wish to rematch.

Option 2: Flex payment option - Match payment + monthly installments
Match Initiation Payment
- As low as $7995, up to $13,995 + monthly fee*.
- Gestational Carrier Pre-Screening Fees** - Due upon matching with your selected GC.
Monthly fee
- $995 - $1195/month
- Begins the month following your match and continues until the month of delivery
- No additional rematch fees if rematch becomes necessary
- Comprehensive support and coordination for both Intended Parents and Gestational Carriers is always included in your agency fee, from match through delivery.
**Pre-screening fees typically range from $500–$2,500+ and may include psychological evaluation, professional medical record review, insurance policy placement or review, and other required appointments, procedures or assessments as indicated by the clinic or requested by the Intended Parents.
